GYNECARE TVT

Tension-Free Support For Incontinence

The Choice to End Urine Leakage

GYNECARE TVT, is a product used in a minimally invasive procedure, that is appropriate for some women with stress urinary incontinence. The procedure can be performed under local anesthesia and takes only about 30 minutes to complete. The recovery period following the procedure is short, and patients experience few complications and minimal scarring after surgery and it's covered by most insurance plans.

GYNECARE TVT is a doctor-applied ribbon-like strip that stops urine leakage the way your body was designed to -- by supporting your urethra. You can get back to your routine quickly and during the recovery time there will be very little interference with your daily activities. It's also clinically proven: 98% of women who participated in a study begun seven years ago are still dry, or experience significantly less leakage. Of those, 81.3% remained dry and an additional 16.3% remained significantly improved. Worldwide, more than 1 million women have been treated with GYNECARE TVT.
